can't create ddo subscription in existing turbine account

Hi, ok the situation is that I've already got a turbine account which i set up to trial lotro. Now i'd like to trial ddo. How do i create a free ddo subscription under my existing turbine account without having to create a whole new turbine account just for ddo (which i actually HAD to do so I could access this forum site to ask my question hah). This whole process seems so convoluted.

Thanks for that. So it seems you need to create a separate account/forum ID for each unique turbine game you have.

why can't you subscribe with an existing turbine acount

You don't need to create a new account. just have to get a DDO subscription code from the customer service rep, should have got one back when you submitted the ticket or if you call.
