More Info for the Quest Journal

I would like to see that the Quest Journal state what level of difficulty you finished the quest at a glance, i.e. you do not have to open the quest it should state it in the title of the quest or next to the title of the quest.

You can't do this because of chains that contain multiple quests, which may be completed on different difficulties, and yet are under a single common title in the quest log.
There are also quests in the quest log for which there is no notion of "difficulty", like slayers / explorers / rare, and "storyline" quests.
