Rage?
Rams Might?
Most Importantly for me ... Will it stack with Kensai II Power Surge (What kind of Str enhancement is Power Surge?)

it stacks with all of those... btw from what I remember is Kensai power surge is an insight bonus.

Power surge is an insight bonus. Profane bonuses should stack with everything except other profane bonuses. (Only other profane bonus I can think of is the Infernal Power cookie)

Rage is a morale bonus to STR.
Ram's Might is a size bonus to STR and damage.
Power Surge is an insight bonus to STR.
Bladesworn is a profane bonus to STR and damage.

Thus, they all stack.

Bonuses of the same type don't stack. Those of different types do.
It's profane, which is a very rare type of bonus so stacks with most things.
Only other sources of profane bonuses are:
Littany of the dead (Abbot Trinket)
Infernal Power (Hezrou Cookie)

Other things you mentioned bonus types:
Power Surge (Insight)
Barbarian Rafe (untyped*)
Spell Rage (Morale)
Rams Might (Size)

*Untyped bonuses always stack with everything.

a profane bonus will stack with anything thats not a profane bonus

ram's might is a size bonus so yes it stacks.
power surge is an insight bonus so yes it stacks.
not sure what kind of bonus rage is (rage bonus?) but rage stacks with everythijng that I know of so I would guess yes it stacks.

Too bad I can't find a way to make a build that will benefit from Bladesworn, Kensai II and still be able to take enough ranger levels to get Ram's Might ... Oh well ... will have to miss out on that one I guess.

Ram's Might = Size bonus
Item or Bull's Strength = Enhancement bonus
Kensei Power Surge = Insight bonus
Rage = Morale bonus (although it stacks with barbarian rage and madstone rage)
Bladesworn = Profane bonus (I don't know where this is from, just taking info that you posted)

All these listed stack

There's also the Titan Gloves which is a Psionic bonus (like the cookie that I can't remember the name).
