Was wondering exactly which adventure pack is needed to:
a) Get the tapestries needed to get that helm and
b) Actually turn in the taps for said helm

Turn in is in the back part of the necropolis to the right of the gate.

Thanks for the quick response guys. One more question. What level would I need to be in order to farm the tapestries myself? I would rather not spend the 200k plat (not that I even have that much...) that they cost in the AH....

Well I guess that depends on your character and style of play. But the helm can not be worn until 11. Many should be able to solo enough out there to get it by then. I think you can enter the zone 9.

If you are a arcane caster you can easyly farm the tapestries by lv9-11. As a Melee its a bit harder due to the high number of Incorporeal undead, nonincorporeal undead and more undead.

With Necro IV you also get the Abbot Raid and 5 quests, and Litany of the Dead is actually a very very good xp farming quest also.

They do not bind, you can farm them with a higher level toon and give/mail them. There is a good amout of xp in the explorer area - you will want to hit that before your 18 ish....

The Orchard of the Macabre is levels 10-19. An arcane at level 10 will have trouble trying to solo it. You can always look for or put up a LFM for tapestry runs or get together with your guildies and set up a run. My guildmates and I love to run the Orch. The loot is pretty good and we get enough taps to twink all our toons! Also, the XP for the higher kill counts is really good.

you said to "farm them yourself", that doesn't mean you need to solo it. there are quite often lfms for tap(estry) runs, if there is none you can put one up yourself. you'll also probably get a guide that can show you the most efficent way to check out the rares.

And yes, a level 10 arcane can clean the entire Orchard of its occupants....SOLO even.

I know a certain Noob that did it. Yes i know the place well. Yes it is not my first caster.
But that aside even the Beholder was no trouble.

As noted above...get a group...peeps always looking for Taps runs...and with a level range of 10~18 should be no trouble filling (and no xp hit!)

If your having trouble soloing the orchard at lev 10 you need to reevaluate your play style and discover what you doing wrong……..FW is all you need.

based on his sig i guess he's not playing a caster. soloing the orchard on a melee can be quite troublesome due to all the undead with pretty high will saves. not to mention the wight (or however that's spelled correctly) priests that seem to dish out 1 neg level per hit.
