Ring of Spell Storing spell DC's

So i caught this by accident. I forgot to change back to one of my other rings..(PaP Balance +15 and Rahkirs) Anyhow I found when i equipped my ring of spell storing to grab the sp outta it, my DC dropped from 36 on BB to 29..When i put any of my other rings back on it returned to 36. ONly when the ring of spell storing was on did this happen. Ring of shadows 36, rahkirs ring 36, PaP/balance ring..still 36. Ring of spell storing 29. Hidden effect or bug here. Check yours out see if it changes your DC's.

You have the Heighten feat on whilst you're changing the rings right?

another thing i found is if i leave the ring on and turn off heighten then turn it on again the DC returns to 36 as it should be. Its like the ring is turning off the effect of heighten without actually turning off the metamagic. Useless info kinda but food for thought if your spells arent landing.

It's a visual only bug I believe. The spells I threw about were not affected. And the spell DC (on the spell icon) returns to the normal one after you activate the spell.
