Does an efficacy clicky boost heals, or do I need to use an ardor one?

Superior efficacy = +50% boost for 1 minuit
Superior armor = +75% boost for 3 minuits
Use the Ardor one.
Amrath belts are usually best.
You mean this? http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s220/jgould2005/DDO/Items/Lamannia/TokalasBelt.jpg
I don't understand your reply. By armor, did you mean ardor? Which afaik is 50% as well. Are you implicitly saying that yes, it works for heals, but advising me to go with one that lasts longer?

The clickies were changed to last longer and the clickies that effect only one 'type' of spells were made to be stronger. But the info under the clicky effect wasn't changed to be updated to be 15% per tier.
I see.
What besides efficacy will boost a blade barrier?

Efficacy/potency (its permanent twin) only, iirc. Blade barrier, disintegrate, horrid wilting and a few others are all "untyped" damage, so there isn't a specific boost effect for them.
