Transaction Error 1

Hello. I am trying to purchase points via the DDO store. Every time I try to pay via PayPal I receive the following error.

We are sorry, we were unable to successfully process this credit card transaction. Your card has been declined. Please try another payment method. [Transaction Error 1]

I would like to know the following:
Are you experiencing any problems with processing PayPal payments? How can I get this purchase to go through? If it does not go through will you honor the $49.99 for 6900 points when the purchase does go through, since this is not a PayPal or insufficient funds issue?

Before you send a canned response, please be aware of the following:
1) I am a Premier and Verified PayPal account member
2) I have a PayPal balance which exceeds the DDO purchase amount of $49.99
3) The PayPal account is linked to my bank account which has sufficient funds to cover this amount
4) The backup source is a valid card with plenty of credit available.

Servers and forums have been up for a few hours now and still no response.

As it notes here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=212326), the forums are not the best place to request official help.

If you're receiving that error, you'll likely need to contact the Account Management department to manually assist with purchasing points. I'm sorry, but not even my beholder buddy can assist with that via the forums.
