How difficult is it to get to L16 F2P?

New player here, rolled a paladin on Thelanis and am having a blast. Im currently lvl 11 and I would like to know how difficult it is to get to L16 purely on F2P content?

I want to know this as I want to figure out if I should purchase vale of twilight or gianthold with all the lovely free TPs I have accumulated.

Well comrade, since you're still @ 11, you can squeeze the xp out of level 10~ish quests such as the ones in Ataraxia, dreams of insanity, etc. then squeeze xp on slayers in Ataraxia, do Mired in Kobolds, Delirium and Acid Wit and you should be able to get xp enough for level 14 ~ 15 (or more, maybe).

I would suggest getting Vale though and just do some slayers to get xp. I got Gianthold and ran out of TP at the moment and I feel so "left out". :D
