cos the old one expired and i had been downgraded (a warning would have been nice, instead of locking most of my toons out :(). i put in the new details and all was accepted :) after an hour looking i found the bit that says 'may have to wait 2 hours' ... my question is, if i select 4 toons, and play the game, will my other toons become available at some point?

If it has downgraded you to Premium, you don't just have to update your card details. You also need to click "Get Unlimited Access" on the Account Management page (button can be found inside the red/gold DDO subscription area). Then close and restart the game. The change can take up to an hour (in some cases up to 24 hours, but within 1 hour is much more common). If you don't think that you've reinstated, or would like help or more information, please contact the Account Management department.
