VIP to Free

I ordered a VIP Account yesterday and I used it. It was great. I see 10 Character Creation, I can create Warforged etc... But when I logged in today, I saw my account seems Free Account.

Can you tell me what the problem is.

As noted here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=212326), we can't assist with account specific issues via the forums. However, in many cases that issue is caused by the subscription payment not being processed from the credit card company. You can check with your card company to confirm if the payment processed, and find out why if it did not. You can also contact the Account Management department for more information and a confirmation of what happened.
