Hey guys, im just starting up DDO Again, i have tried to make various bard's but all seem to not fit what i want.
Im fairly nooby at DDO.
( I HAVE 32 POINT BUILDS )!
I just want a bard that does lots of DPS with TWF, i seen a bard once in a group with me who was just amazing dps, he was TWF using sickles, I would just really like if somebody could post me a good DPS bard build
Thanks.

You can try this one (http://my.ddo.com/character/sarlona/haezon). I would change it to swap Quicken for Improved crit though. This one (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=177657) also comes well recommended. Pick one and have fun :)

Roq Star is tome heavy which can be difficult for a new player especially with +2 INT needed at lvl7 and +2 DEX needed before you can pick higher TWF feats. But a very good build.
I would go rapier with it and take Extend instead of Khopesh. Extended Haste and Displacement and Focusing Chant are really, really nice to have.

You're probably looking for a standard 15/3/2 or 16/2/2 bard/rogue/fighter Warchanter build. They're very fun to play and you can get full trap skills and pretty decent TWF DPS with them. Check out this (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=220822) and this (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=195289).
Out of curiosity, what kind of bard builds did you try and what did you dislike about them?

I recommend a THF warchanter to new players. Main reason is it takes longer and costs much more for new players to aquire the gear to tweak out. You need two of everything. When you get to greensteel... it will take you twice as much farming to aquire greensteel. When you take into account you may have other toons sharing those ingredients to make their own greensteel, this becomes a problem to many newcomers.

If done right, a THF warchanter is crazy high DPS. Heres a human 16 bard/2 fighter/2 barbarian thats a blast to play, always in the top DPS running, and many times at the top.
At early levels get your hands on a Carnifex great axe and a holy/pure good maul. That will take care of 90% of the enemies you'll face.
Efficient. Powerful. Fun.
