1 free feat exchange per character?

I heard that there was a way to get 1 free feat exchange per character. Is this true? and if so how do you get it?

It is correct, one per character.

You need to see Lockania, who is in the Marketplace near the AH guy. She is wearing blue robes - can't miss her.

Take/pass her quiz-quest, and she will grant you a Feat Respec Token. Read the books around the room if you are having trouble with the answers... it's all there. Or, take the other way out and use Google.

Then, go see Fred in House J. He's under the Garden of Respite - and he'll do the respec.

Dragonmarks are a blue facial tattoo. If you mean the brackets next to the floaty name, that indicates the character has True Reincarnated, and has nothing to do with Dragonmarks.

Yeah I 'accidently' passed the Lamania quest and wonder where I had gotten this free feat reset, I even created a thread on it.

Write down the answers the first time you take the quest on a piece of paper. Suddenly you have the answers for each character you do from now on.

Also would not be a bad idea if Turbine gave a Feat Exchange to specific classes that were drastically affected by an Update (assuming they do not already).
