Requesting a build that will exploit and abuse the following items to the fullest.

2 Bodyfeeder Scimitars/Rapier of Enfeebling
Concordiant Opposition 2 (HP gain proc and regen)
DQ Bracers (HP gain proc)

I need a WF and a non-WF build.

I'm thinking this will go good with a Barbarian since they have DR but higher AC builds might be as good as well.

I'm open to suggestions.
