Can't make new says registration failure on www.ddo.com/playnow and sometimes when you get to filling up the information it shows this message:

I'd recommend submitting an Accounts Inquiry with the Type of Issue as "New Free Account Key Request" and we'll get a key to you. Those inquiries do receive expedited responses.
