Misleading appearance on items, descriptions lacking. I want a refund.

I recently purchased the "Bunny Hat" from the DDO Store, thinking that it would cover my head with a bunny head. But it turns out that it's just a bunny skin placed on my head(face fully exposed).

The way it was portrayed in the store lead me to believe that it would basically put a bunny head over the characters head in the game, and I wanted that. However it's not what it was. Because the item had a misleading image, I would like my turbine points back, and for you to take the item back.

Bunny hats aside, very poor labelling is an issue throughout the DDO store. I've been caught out more than once buying something I thought to be different from its description. Now days, if I have any doubt at all, I don't buy.
