Focus Orb problem?

Howdy all, I recently had re-installed the game and now have lost my ability to see what I focus on in my focus orb. I used to have a cool picture of the toon, creature or item appear there. Now I have a only a tan colored stylish Eberron swirl appearing there. I still get all the info in the boxes around the orb (cr rating, name etc.) but no pic? Anyone know how I can get that back? I even downloaded a fresh copy of the install program and still no difference. It is not such a huge deal, but I like to look at the toons faces up close there.

I often find it easier to see the picture during the heat of battle moments to see what I am targeting.
Just hoping to get back to that.

There should be a little eye icon on the little box that you have. Click that and it will open up the full selection orb.

However that is not it. The Orb is fully open but it is now a tan color with a stylish swirl imposed over it.
Looks but I would like to see the items I am focused on.

Oh, I get what you mean now. That should be a graphics option under advanced graphics. I'll hop in and see if I can find it.

Hmm, I guess I'm thinking of lotro, which allows you to remove the focus orb models.

Have you tried resetting your graphic settings?

I have played with the setting s a fair bit in the hopes of discovering it.
So far without luck.

I will leave the post for a few days in case someone knows of the problem, other than that I will this weekend submit a bug and a screenshot to the game hoping they might have the answer.

I just logged into the game and did as requested, no difference.
All it did to my orb was to switch targeting on and off. I got the name of the item, info and all the icons surrounding the actual orb with options of ways to interact with the person etc.
Still no picture.
Besides, would you not also get a tan color in your orb with a cool stylish swirl if this is the answer?
I do not ever remember seeing it before I did the re-install. (2 of them)

Sorry to necro an old thread, but I just had to say that you are my hero. I found this from googling. I have looked EVERYWHERE for a fix to the problem that this fixes, even contacting GMs and submitting tickets, with no help whatsoever. I managed to turn that off without realizing it on some of my low level toons and stopped playing them because that one feature turned off frustrated me to no end.
