shop doesnt load properly - cant buy

My shop loads the background image of the shop, but no items etc. I want to buy but cant

It worked fine when i started but hasnt worked the last few days - ive relogged, restarted multiple times etc

If I hit the home button, I get the refresh circle going round but it still leaves just the background image

I can get to mmyddo and forums perfect from inside the game

Ive submitted a ticket - no reply
Ive posted on the technical advice forums - no reply

Doubt it'll help but just in case... Check your internet connection works fine under Internet Explorer, and delete all temporary files / cookies / etc.

DDO uses the Internet Explorer for everything, so all its settings and problems apply.
Maybe now it´s time to upgrade that old Explorer 6.0?
Adding DDO.COM to the safezone won´t do any harm either.
