I tr to switch and I give all correct info but i only get this when i hit submit.

* The system was unable to update your account at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again. [err: -2]


And what does that mean verify information? Do
I need to call the card company and verify something ?

That means that either your card company is not approving the card authorization, or Turbine isn't able to verify something. I'd recommend contacting the Account Management department for assistance. If you call, they can try to add the card manually.
