Hello again all!
I recently started a new toon on a new server, a sorcerer just to test the waters. Before I rolled I did some background research on the class, but I know that posting a specific question results in a certified answer from the kind forum vets. I had a couple questions about spells and enhancements for the build I'm going for.
Essentially, I've gone Human Sorcerer True neutral.
STATS:
16 CON
10 INT
18 CHA
FEATS:
1 Sorcerer (Feat) Empower (Human Feat) Toughness
3 Sorcerer (Feat) Extend
6 Sorcerer (Feat) Maximize
9 Sorcerer (Feat) Heighten
12 Sorcerer (Feat) Spell Focus: Necromancy
15 Sorcerer (Feat) Spell Penetration
18 Sorcerer (Feat) Improved Spell Penetration
SKILLS
Concentration
UMD
Haggle
ENHANCEMENTS (so far)
Sorcerer Energy of the Dragonblooded I
Sorcerer Elemental Manipulation I
Sorcerer Charisma I
SPELLS (so far)
Acid Spray
Niac's Cold Ray
Hypnotism
And thats about all I got, :/ The build I was referencing was a bit incomplete, and I don't want to continue this path if it's headed for failure, though I believe it's solid thus far. I'm assuming Concentration and UMD should be focal points of skill allocation, but I could not find a solid list of recommended enhancements or spells that should be chosen. I'm going for high damage output and crowd control. So with all that being said...
1. Can someone point me to a sample build or suggest an enhancement/spell regimen? I'm a bit confused as how I should be spending my action points.
2. Am I allocating my skill points correctly, as far as the UMD/Concentration combo?
2. Also, how does one go about swapping spells as a sorcerer? (I believe you can swap spells every few days according to the compendium?)
