I just finished the Misery Peak quest and I was wondering if I should leave the Island and go to Stormreach? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

If you are level 2+ and have finished Misery's Peak, definitely head to Stormreach and never look back.

Until you are level 4 or 5 and want to go back for favor....

You can finish Misery before level 3? My guy was level 3 and a half before he stepped onto that boat to go to Stormreach. I blame all the groups I got stuck doing the lowbie quests on elite with. Seriously, why would I do The Collaborator enough times that it gives me -90% EXP...

Stormreach has a boat that can take you back to Korthos, so going to Stormreach will not hurt you in any way since you can always go back whenever you want.
