after downloading lamannia no toons this time . did copy toons on 16 still no toons.

but evry one i talked to had toons in less than 1 hour not 3 days

Its totally broke for everyone. If you didn't do the copy before that server move they did a couple of weeks ago then you can't copy at all now. My guess is all these people with pending transfers are all trying to be copied to/from the old location of the server. Someone forgot to update the programming in the character copy code.

maybe try to contact one of the responsible turbine ppl about this (no idea who that is though)
