i might be wrong, but +4 of weighted 5% rr anything is the best you can get as random drop. that would mean that +1(2) holy of weighted 5%(rr) would be possible, but no holy-burst. i might be wrong though.

You would be wrong. Weighted 5% = +10 ML, Holy Burst = +8 ML, +1 Holy Burst of Weighted 5% = ML 18. Possible but rare.

Such a thing would be worth an absurd amount, of course.

Try to find a holy and 4% weighted warhammer.
