Was playing this weekend and heard someone mention that they cannot wait to upgrade their spell storing ring and their Blood stone..... I was like ehhh??????

Look I know i am slow but is this true? I thought the bauble out of weapons shipment was the upgrade/ replacement/better item for the spell storing ring.

if the ring can be upgraded what does it upgrade to and what do I need to do to do it.




Bloodstone. they mentioned it could be upgraded to +9 seeker... again True? if so how. any links? does it change min level requirements or make them bind?

Spell storing ring turned epic gives 3 clickies equivalent to a major mana pot (tons-o'-mana). Can have this and bauble (for 4 clickies total).

Bloodstone, I believe, epics from +6 to +8.

Both become min level 20 as epic items (and bind to character).

Yes, Spell Storing ring and Bloodstone can be upgraded to Epic status. Check out ye old loot thread for the updated values.

The bloodstone is Seeker +8, not 9.

Any epic item is ML 20, and binds to character I believe.

Wait till you get a load of the Von epic stuff. *chuckles*

As far as I can gather, all named Items that drop in the desert, and VON series can be upgraded through Epic questing. These two areas have been given the epic treatment and you can add blue,yellow and some other colour crystals to em.

Have no clue as to the details, but the answer too can they be up[graded....yes!

Just to add to this when you upgrade to an epic item it becomes min lvl 20 and is bound to char.

Scroll down to the Epic Crafting section for information on all items in the game that can be upgraded to Epic versions and what abilities they have,

Currently only the Sands of Menechtarun and Vault of Night items can be upgraded to Epic versions.

Thank you all for confirming this for me I lost a bout 13 seconds of spleep over this lastnight and do not want a prepeat of that.... ;)
