Pouch of Jerky

So I never noticed before but few days ago, I noticed that my cleric is getting 3 hp regen on the use of the jerky. I stripped cleric naked and reset enhancements and still 3hp. Normal is 2. Checked a character of mine who had jerky before my cleric and after and they all getting 2 hp regen.

Has there been a change some time in the past with this?

Cleric Wand and Scroll Mastery IV

It applies to clickies too. So the 55% gained from the 4th tier of the enhancement increases the 2 to the 3 your seeing.

EDIT: Just read the reset your enhancements part... If you have 0 spent action points and no items equipped... Then ya, they had to have changed the amount it gives. Still, what I said above is true.
