Still snowing

Hello, I've done some searching, yet am unable to figure this out. All I've found is "Finish Misery's Peak and it's sunny. Now you can do bigger/better stuff."

I've finished the quest, yet it's still snowing. I've traveled to the harbour, then back top nOOb island, yet it's still snowing.

Did I miss something?

You may need to talk to someone to actually "finish" the quest - perhaps the wf at the gate just inside the explorer area, or the wf near the mountain. Maybe even the mayor?

Did you take the d-door the caster at the end of the quest gives you? That is supposed to port you to sunny Korthos. If you didn't take it, that may have bugged you out, but I'm just guessing here.

Yeah, I did all the 'talking' to NPC's; got my Arcane Mind gear set WOOT! However, I don't recall using a 'd-door-, I think I hit 'finished/recall' when it was done.

No biggie, I really enjoyed that quest anyway, I will do it again, and pay more attention to what's being said this time. LOL

Yeah - I think that's it. Run the quest again, and pay attention at the very end when the spell caster says something like: "Here is a door you can use so you don't have to run all the way back." He'll cast a spell and a large rectangular white glowing door will appear. Just click on it and you should be good to go.

I repeated the quest, and took the portal back to the city. I talked the the NPC on the pier, and went to the harbour. I then took the 'boat' back to Korthos and left the city.

It is still snowing for me when I exit to Korthos Island. hhhmmm

His line is "Here, take this portal, so you won't have to walk back." Nothing in reference to a 'change' in climate.

The explorable area doesn't change, just the town.

Also, if you've finished MP, you're done with Korthos unless you still need/want to do runs for favor. Not sure why you're freaked out about this...
