How do you start?

As in creating a character and all of that? How come there is no Get Help Starting section?

Um.
You start your game, log in, pick a server (doesn't matter which one), and make a character.
Make sure to read everything you can about things in the character creation menu, and I believe there are some mouse-over tooltips as well.
