Please Help!!!

I had the turbine version of DDO, and i Had all of Korthos island. It then downloaded the rest of the game (5.0 Gb) and now when i start the game, i log in, I can select my world, but then when it normally goes to the loading screen, it turns black then a microsoft error report says "ddoclient has experienced a problem and need to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience." what do i do?

I know it sounds like a real hassle, but I suggest uninstalling and redownloading the turbine version.
I was doing a reinstall earlier through the new turbine download manager and I'm not sure what exactly it was doing, so i erased everything and just got the high res download.

I'm sure there's probably a fix, so if you're in a hurry and can't wait for another response, i suggest this.
