Unable to connect to world queue. Please try again. [Error 50000]

Main server I'm triyng to access is Thelanis, but getting this error for all servers.

I'm getting the same "Unable to connect to world queue (error 5000) message on Khyber. I also tried Ghallanda just to try another server--same problem.

I need my ddo!

Im guessing that either the rat that powers their servers fell off his wheel or the nightime cleaning crew, I mean customer support tem rather inadvetently hit the switch when they were putting on their plastic gloves to clean the bathrooms.
