I have been reverted to F2P and cant seem to find what the problem is

is there still humans working the helpdesk?

If you were VIP and have downgraded to Free instead of Premium, you can post here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=225778).

If you were VIP and have downgraded and don't know why, please contact the Account Management department. Often this is due to a payment not being processed for some reason.
