WTB Large Devil Scales: let's cut out the middleman

Large Scales are going for 500K PP on the AH, but the AH takes out 30% so that leaves the buyer with only 350K PP. I am willing to pay 350K for Large Scales direct to the buyer, so send me a PM and let's do this thing! :)

Why does the buyer always expect to get the full savings of reduced AH overhead in a private transaction? If both scanarios get the seller the same thing, but one gives you substantial savings, what's the incentive to the seller to do you that favor? Seems eliminating the AH fee should be at least somewhat split.

I'd sell you one for 425K so that you're saving 75K from AH and I'm making 75K more than I would by using AH. That seems more fair.

what you saying that a seller could put a item on the AH and forget about it then have the plat waiting for them in the mail, or deal with the hasle of trying to trade with someone; like arrange a meet time and or hoping they fullfill there end of the deal threw mail and so on for the exact same pay off.... hmmm wonder what sellers would prefer to do.
