Pale Master and Monk healing?

Does anyone know if the Monk healing attack or finisher work when in Lich or Wraith form?

Any Pale Master builds want to team up with a Monk and take out some DPS frustration? I can supply the Monk (Ghallanda flavour)...

Answer was "does not heal while in Wraith/Lich form" incase ye are interested.
