actual accounts with the F2p designation can purchase a longer log out timer by simple purchasing TP with actual money. This will make them a premium account which has a longer log out time 15 min if iirc. I have never timed it, but I have never been booted while afking to take a poo, so it is long enough for me.

If you have a premium account and your actual issue is with the length of its log out timer. I vote no on purchasing longer timers. Hour long log out timers is a perk of being VIP if it is at important to you become a VIP again. There are very few perks VIPs get that can't be purchase by premium players. The one they have should be "protected".
