Need Ranger build help

I am sufre you all see a ton of these requests but I am truly lost. Even in using the charactewr builder it seems that I just get lost and wasteful on feats, etc.

This is what I am looking for:

-Ranged ranger pure to 20
-32 pt build
-dont care about mellee
-maximum dps
-elf


I have a lvl 9 ranger that i kno wi totally messed up so i am going to LR him.

Please help, dying to get him going again
