I know that tomes contribute to your inherent bonus, but are they the sole contributors? Is there anything else that can add to your inherent bonus besides tomes?

I have two capped wizards, and they both have a +3 inherent bonus to their INT skill. Problem is, I don't remember eating +3 tomes on both of them. I pulled a +3 INT from a Reaver run the other day (I know...cry me a river), and when I went to use it, I saw I already had a +3 inherent bonus. I put it in the bank in case I reincarnate this character (which I may; he was my 28-point.)

Thanks for any help you can offer.
