This post is mainly for all the diehard players that are currently playing or have completed most of these quests Question #1 if I were to re-enter a particular dungeon (say waterworks) in order to complete the slayer quest and the rare encounter quest, will the dungeon have me start from the beginning or does/will it continue from where I left off previously? Question #2 How does one go about recalling a dungeon? And finally question #3 Where would/does one go to find all of the avail quests (free) on Stormreach? (Is there a list besides the one that is posted in the party creation menu)? and once these quests are completed ( either in the harbor area or in the marketplace)where can I go to next?

Slayers, rares and explorations do not reset. They stay where you left off at.

Not sure about "recalling a dungeon. if you look at your map when you are in an area, any of the chalices that are red are pay to play. the gold ones are the ones available to you. Also you can hit L and look at the log or hit P then select the adventures tab to see what adventures there are. Also if you are in the log and select an unfinished quest is wikk appear as a yellow arrow on you map.

After doing harbor and market place I would head to the house. House D house J house p and house k. Then probably off to atraxia.

For #1 et #2, the instance will reset after 5 mins if there's no party member in the instance. If you're in a dungeon you will need to restart from scratch, while the Slayer / Explorer / Rare quests keep track of your progress (so for instance if you enter WW, kill the first 10 kobolds, recall out, wait 5 mins, re-enter, and kill the same 10 kobolds, your Slayer count will be up by 20).

You can check the list of quests in the Adventure compendium (in-game). Refer to Robi's guide (link above) for free-only quests.
