Can't Find Where I Add My Ultimate Game Card Information

I've looked everywhere on my turbine account where to add my card information to my account. I have the number/letters to get me the vip for a 30 day pass, just cant find where it is located. I've used the Knowlege Base and it tells me there is a place that asks for game cards, but none show up anywhere on my account. I really need this VIP before I lose my money that is in my Mailbox from selling things in the Auction House.

I really need help and will do anything for the person that helps me fix this.

You can't add an Ultimate Game Card, you'll have to redeem that with PayByCash. You can add the GTC that you get from them to the account. However, as it notes in this sticky (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=200500), some players do experience issues with this.
