Is there a way to enter payment information to buy Turbine Points outside of the in-game DDO store?

For example, can I enter my billing information on the turbine account page without signing up for a monthly subscription?

Yes. In most cases you can add your credit card by following the directions below. Please note that this will still attach the card to your account for store use. Just ignore the warning on the right about subscription fees, it's a left over from pre-free play days that we haven't been able to remove yet.

-Log into http://myaccount.turbine.com/ with the username and password you use to log into the game.
-Click the "Payment Method" button on the blue bar on the top of the page.
-Enter your credit card and address details. Please note that our system does verify that the address you provide is the one your card company has on file, as well as all other card details.
-You'll get a green confirmation message at the top of the page if it is successful. If it doesn't work, you'll get a red error message. Note the error numbers and contact the Account Mangement department for assistance if this is the case.
