I am a 13th level palidan splashed with 2 levels of Rogue(15L). I feel as though my toon is limited to the capabilities he can achieve. I built him with the 28-point build and I am desperately hoping that I might have the oppurtunity to greater re-incarnate to get him the additional 4 points. I really want this character to be a support toon in groups however I don't think I have him built the right way. Want to provide melee support along with healing as needed. Also the Ac is way to low I feel at my current level unbuffed without shield is mid 30's with shield i am around 40. I prefer using weapons for max dps but i know i am vulnerable to hits. What i would like is a build for my current toon. Junts has a lot of info for beginers but not really for someone who already invested 3 months in his toon. Do not want to give up on him. Any advice is appreciated.

If you simply think the stat allocation and design are flawed, then a lesser re-incarnate would work for you. You can address the errors you made, and fix them.
That said monks, and paladins are very hard to do with a 28 point build. Not impossible, just diffucult. I would reccomend either doing a true re-incarnate(34 point build) and re-leveling if you have the time and inclination to do so.
Otherwise wait for the greater to come out so you can change him over to a 32 pointer.
A rouge 2 paladin X, can be a very good build. The better ones I've seen use the UMD, and Intimidate skills from the rouge side, and fill an intimitank roll, or are TWF based. If you're trying to do traps, then that's most likely a bit too much to take on with a 28 point build paladin.
Best of luck and don't give up on your character! Usually a seasoned player can compensate for a flawed build. As you get more expiriance, you'll notice your character will "seem" to get better. It's not. You are getting better.
Happy Trails!

Thanks draclaud for the comments. I basically splashed rogue for evasion purposes. He can pick locks but lately the higher level runs have been giving him problems even with +5 tools. I am thinking to perhaps wipe the slate clean and just go pure but again want to be more of a Melee type supporter but will definately take more hits.
