World Queue: Error 50000 fallowed by hanging load sreen

ok I was on and had to do something else so I quit the game, came back and restarted the program entered my password and I get the world Queue Error 50000.

I restarted my computer and try again same thing I shutdown my antiV and firwall same thing.

I have restarted my router and my modem same.

I have started ddo and killed it with task manager, now I'm hanging at the loading screen.

Any Ideas is it the same for everyone or just me?
