My friend an I have started a guild for people who are in the Japan time zone. We are ex-pats living in Japan, and would like to find other players who are around our area who can play fairly frequently.
We are English speakers (both Canadian actually), though we can handle some Japanese.

You can, but for a price. So if you don't have too much invested......

At any rate, just start a Toon (yes I use toon :D ) there and test the waters before you make a commitment.
