Playing on another computer

I've been playing on another computer and I am now on a new computer.
How do I continue on this new computer.
When I downloaded the software and logged in, my character was not listed.

make sure you logged in into the correct account and the correct server

chars are saved serverside, you can switch your pv every 10 mins if you want, everythign is still there
