My DDO interface isn't updating character level

My monk, Vargol, is still listed as level 4 on my "My DDO" page while he just achieved level 10. I'd like to know if this is simply user error or if there's something I can do to update it.

myddo is still on beta, its not perfect

If that's the case where can I submit the bug? I'm pretty sure I know how it happened, and could possibly help to make the system better.

To be precise it's not the MyDDO page it's the Character Widget found within. Furthermore I believe the bug happened when I went from a pre-decided path to making the toon customized.

I have another issue, and that is one of my characters was deleted but it still shows up on the list.

This would be interesting if so. . .but I have 4 alts whom are not current and none of them were ever on a path. ..however maybe it is one of the facotrs that attribute to myddo.com not updating.
