Few suggestions to make this post easier to read:
When you export from the character planner, remember to remove all the nonsense, such as:
(here is a sample of a good easy-to-read output from the character planner) (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=231987)

automatic feats
feat/enhanced skills
spell list (especially for clerics since they can swap)

In terms of your feats:
Good feats you chose

extend
oversized

Bad feats you chose

Eshew materials
two weapon blocking
two weapon defense
weapon focus
combat casting

feats that would be good choices

improved two weapon fighting
greater two weapon fighting
power attack
maximize
empower
quicken
power attack

IMHO:

1. If you're planning on using a khopesh, use the bonus feat to get it at level 1 instead of Quicken. No use holding out on your preferred weapon of choice. Quicken isn't that necessary at low levels and will drain your SP pool quickly.

2. Along the same lines, if you're going with Mental Toughness eventually, I'd get that at level 1 as well so you can utilize that extra SP from the get-go. Extend isn't that necessary at low levels.

3. With a starting DEX of 17, it seems you understand the requirements for ITWF and eventually GTWF. If that's the case, I would recommend planning for a tome of some sort to save yourself stat points at creation. At the very least, only start with a 16 DEX and plan for a +1 tome or else start with a 15 DEX and plan for a +2 tome. The 3-5 points you save from not bumping DEX to 17 at character creation should be invested into CON. Starting with a 15 DEX still gives you the option of TWF and you can take the ITWF/GTWF once you find your tomes.

4. MORE CON. I assume you're taking fighter levels so you can be a melee combatant and not just for kicks. A minimum of 14 to start with if you're a melee character and more is always better. Hit points are king.

5. While haggle is always nice, with the limited amount of skill points you have and the low starting CHA, you'd most likely be better served by investing them in Concentration or Jump. Something that's going to benefit you long-term like Balance. You're not a haggler. Find a haggle item and settle for that.

6. Did I mention MORE CON? ;)

My two cents. Safe travels
