ZOMG?! Where's the number?

Alright, I may be blind or just a little touched in the head, in either case I could use some help. I'd really like to get in contact(over the phone) with technical support, but after going in circles on these webpages for over an hour now, I don't see a phone number. I am a pay to play member, so I do feeel my money should get me some vocal tech support, since nothing in the knowledge base is covering my issue and I haven't been able to play for almost a week now.

I don't think there's tech support over phone. You didn't get any help by email within a week?

He hasn't even posted what his exact issue is, any details about it other than a "Me too" post.

You're correct, I haven't posted it in the forums so I therefore I must be an idiot. As this post is in regards to whether or not there is a tech support PHONE number, what my problem is or is not, is irrelevant. So, if you can guide me to a phone number, thank you, if you can not, please don't bother posting. Thanks in advance.

Technical Support is only available via email, you can submit the issue here in the forums and alot of times our players may have seen the issue before and have good info on remedying it, you can also open a tech support request here (http://www.ddo.com/component/content/article/486-tech-ticket) also.
