I cant decide what to take, only Human Improved Recovery or Human Improved Devotion? I can see myself that I heal more with Devotion but Improved Recovery does the same thing and I dont use my Cure Light Wounds alot so, I should take Human Improved Recovery?

Human Improved Recovery boost 'incoming' cure/heal spells. This include potions, scrolls and wands, not just spells.

Rank 1 in Human Improved Recovery doesn't do much.

Rank 3 is too expensive on AP.

Rank 2 is optimum. So rank 2 or nothing.

you can build a pretty mean selfhealing machine with human paladin/ranger with

imp recovery
leviks bracers
imp devotion
empower healing or maximize
superior devotion/potency item

you can easiely heal > 100 hp per cure medium wounds on yourself
