PLease let us mail more then 9999 plat :)

To tranfer 400k plat u need 40 mails, please increase the ammount u can send. this will help reducing the overhead over the mailing system

The mailing limit is to prevent plat farmers from trading plat using the mail system. Imo it should remain as is.

Agreed. Adding the feature to the shared bank would add the functionality without encouraging gold selling spammers.
