View Full Version : Problem with subscription - Please help

I am a player from Greece. I have a debit card with which i have completed payments to various online stores, never had a problem and my account info is up to date. When i try to make a subscription, in the address information i cannot find my country so i go first to "payment methods". There i put in my card's info and my address and my country and when i press submit, error occures stating that my billing info cannot be verified.
Other friends from Europe did not have such problems and their subscription was straightforward. Please give me some help and advice if possible.
I cannot phone neither fax.
I am sure there must be a solution.

I have this problem as well. My woman and me have the exact same credit cards at the exact same bank and hers works and mine doesn't. Same as you, all billing information etc is 100% correct. Copied and pasted in fact from my bank profile and it still says no so I'm still waiting to hear how it's going to get sorted out

I spent nearly $100 US yesterday. The forums arent leting me start new threads which is supposed to be part of premiums. I could live with that problem. What I cant live with is that I bought a guild charter and I cant use it.

As this thread (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=203387) notes, there are several different steps that you can take to update billing information. And as it mentions at the bottom, if you are still having issues after trying the suggested steps, please contact the Account Management department. You can email as well as call, and email turn around is just a few days (or faster) right now. A link for email and phone information is in my signature.

I did the actions stated in the post which you gave me but 2 days now nothing happens and i still have the problem. Please give me a solution...

We cannot assist via the forums. If you have sent an email, they will respond as soon as possible. All emails are answered in the order they are received.

I did send an email since sunday. Another thing i saw is that every time i tried to put my credit card info turbine held 1 Euro from my account. That is 13 euros for 13 tries... I hope the company is serious enough to clear these money. Could you please tell me why my credit card info cannot be confirmed from you but you already hold money from my account??
