Turbine manager can't find install

So I started up D&D, it redirected me to the Turbine manager (as usual) but instead of it showing the Play button it showed Download. I already have the whole game installed but it just won't let me acces it. And no i'm not going to download it all over again. Here in primitve Belguim we still have download limits (crazy huh).
