Yeah sure...
I have not *yet* started to play the game, since I am EXTREMELY insecure about the requirements (they didn't mention anything about it here, as far as I know)
The question is , is DDO able to handle the complexity of the GMAs?
I am asking this because MANY other games cant handle them (for instance any Bioware game(ANY , even the prehistorical ones like Knights of the Old Republic)) , even IF they have the required amount of dedicated memory (for instance, my intel 4500m has 64 mb of dedicated memory).
IF the problem is in the GPU , then , are we able to switch the processing to software.
another interesting question, DOES DDO offer support for Multiple Core processors?
I am JUST asking this because *some* games aren't able to cope with the GMAs , and sometimes, with Multi-Core processors .
My specs:
4 GB Ram
360 HD Sata blah blah blah
Intel Core 2 Duo 2,1 GHz (with Hyper Threading)
Intel GMA 4500M - 64 dedicated memory , up to 1,3 GB of shared memory (Hardware T&L enabled(according to aida32))
Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bits
this computer , for instance , is able to run The Orange Box and Spore with 40+ fps on medium-high settings.
