How to know you're frugal using DDO

1. You can't wait till the sales update every Thursday/Friday (the update isn't posted until after it's actually occurred).
2. You haven't bought a single adventure pack NOT on sale.
3. You bought your Turbine Points on sale.
4. You've been on at least 10 Turbine Point farming runs.
5. You consider getting access to film equipment just to have a chance at winning TPs in a video contest.
6. You carved a DDO themed pumpkin.
7. You joined Xfire to win Turbine Points.
8. You make non negotiable deals outside the AH if at all possible to maximize your platinum.
9. You will arbitrarily put something on the AH for far above what it is worth "just to see if you snag a sucker."
10.You hunt the AH for underpriced items (like a stockbroker) to merchant them off later.

I'm a perfect 10/10.

Why not just play the game and enjoy?

Ive got more then enough plat to never worry about it and do none of the plat generating crud.

But maybe thats what you think will get ya there...i find looting to be far more profitable and enjoyable.

I still need 13 large devil scales to complete my greensteels.

That's 400x13 = 5.2 million plat (conservatively).

I went VIP for one of those months, using a gamebox ($5.50). I'm cheapo-er ;)
